Yes—when properly installed. We configure the network for voice traffic before any handset goes live, avoiding common problems like choppy audio and dropped calls.

What happens to our phones during a power outage?

IP phones require power. We recommend PoE switches on UPS battery backup, and cloud-hosted systems can also fail over calls to mobile numbers.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

In most cases, yes. Number porting is standard, and we coordinate the process as part of the installation.
